Family Matters with Credit Unions

When it comes to credit union referrals, family comes first for Gen-Yers!

Unlike other age groups, Gen-Yers are more likely to hear about your credit union from their family members than from the workplace.

Like we’ve mentioned in other posts, this new generation is much closer to their parents than Gen-Xers and rely on them for advice and guidance on issues like money management.

It’s critical to start reaching out to your parent member base about your youth products and services today.

Research like this also let’s us know that the GiveMe20.com website is a great tool for our member credit unions. It allows PSCU Financial Services to influence parents (especially non-credit union parents), reach kids and young adults, and direct leads back to your credit union.

If you haven’t already signed up to be part of the GiveMe20.com credit union search database, visit www.projectnewage.com today and click on the sign us up button.
